SHIPPING POLICY

If the User chooses to have its Order delivered, Prima Pack will make a contract with a carrier on the behalf of the User, unless the User requests otherwise at the time of placing the Order. Once Prima Pack delivers the Order to the carrier, the Products are legally deemed delivered to the User, and the risk of loss passes to the User. The delivery of the Products is governed by the shipping agreement between the User and the carrier.

Prima Pack will charge the User with shipping costs prior to delivering the Order to the carrier. Shipping charges must be paid in full before the Products are released to the carrier.  Delivery of large items and/or to remote areas may be subject to additional fees.  If rush shipping is required, please indicate same when placing the Order and Prima Pack will use best efforts to expedite.

The User must ensure that when the Products are unloaded by the carrier at the User’s destination, the Products are properly stacked in a stable and safe manner in order to avoid injury and/or damage. 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Prima-Pack does not permit the return or exchange of any Product.  Please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase. All sales are considered final.
