This Privacy Policy sets out the manner in which Prima Pack (“we”, “us” or “our”, as the context requires) collects, uses, discloses and otherwise manages the Personal Information, as defined below, of Prima Pack Inc. (“Prima Pack”) customers that use its Website or its services in the provision of products (the “User”)and in the context thereof provide Personal Information to Prima Pack. Product Purchases & Returns

When the User makes a purchase of products on the Website, Prima Pack collects Personal Information related to the User such as the User’s name, e-mail address, mailing/shipping and billing address, and telephone number as well as the User’s payment information. Prima Pack may use this information to process and fulfil the User’s order.

Online Registration

The User does not have to register to visit the Website however some Website features may require registration and the provision of Personal Information such as your name, e-mail address, mailing/shipping address, and telephone information and a password that you create.
